Reception and Administration Officer
We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Reception and Administration Officer to join our Corporate Services team. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting the day-to-day operations of the Mackay office.
The position combines front-of-house reception duties with general corporate administration, providing practical and professional support across the organisation. The role is suited to an experienced administrator who enjoys variety, takes pride in maintaining well organised systems, and is comfortable working in a structured support position.
NRM Planning Coordinator
Reef Catchments is seeking an experienced and highly capable Project
Coordinator to lead the development of the Mackay Whitsunday Isaac Natural Resource Management (NRM) Plan.
This is a key role responsible for coordinating the integration of scientific evidence, Traditional Owner and stakeholder knowledge, policy frameworks and regional priorities into a single, digital NRM planning platform. Working closely with technical specialists, engagement teams and project governance groups, you will help ensure the Plan supports sustainable land use, biodiversity conservation, climate resilience and cultural values across the region.
This is a fixed-term role based in Mackay.
Corporate Services Manager
As the Corporate Services Manager, you will lead core corporate service functions that enable strong financial management, effective governance, and efficient business operations across the Reef Catchments Group.
Reporting to the Director, Operations, Strategy and Business Development, this role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial oversight, risk and policy management, contract governance, and operational support that strengthens organisational capability and supports sustainable growth.
This role is based in Mackay.
IT and Data Systems Officer
We are seeking a proactive, solutions-focused IT professional with experience in IT systems, databases, reporting tools and cyber security practices. You are passionate about improving systems, strengthening business operations and functions and exploring new technologies that enhance organisational performance.
This role is open to both Mackay and Proserpine-based applicants.
