Sandy has worked in conservation and land management in the local area since 2015, undertaking bush regeneration, revegetation and weed control projects around the region.
She has worked for not-for-profit agencies and private enterprise as well as managing contracts for government agencies and civil clients.
As Senior Project Officer for the Sarina Koala Habitat Restoration Project, Sandy is engaging with landholders and coordinating contractors to improve the quality, extent and connectivity of koala habitat in the Sarina region.
