As the Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Training Intern, Michelle supports the WHS team in ensuring efficient, compliant and safe operations throughout the organisation, as well as facilitates staff training.
Michelle’s journey to this role has been diverse and enriching. Michelle has a lifelong interest in agriculture and wildlife, and previously held the role of Business Support Officer at Reef Catchments before transitioning into the WHS and Training Intern role. This teamed with a background in both education and catering has allowed Michelle to gain unique insights into better environmental practices.
She is delighted to be able to combine her experiences, skills and passion in this role to help make a meaningful difference in natural resource management.
