Kevin Bowden has 30 years’ experience in GIS and spatial data management and mapping natural resource assets and processes. He has a high level of competence and experience with ESRI ArcGIS systems including relational database development, ArcGIS Online environment, and the implementation of web application technology.
Kevin has CASA chief pilot experience and remote pilots’ licence (RePL) multi-rotor up to 25kg. He is competent in drone imagery capture technology including LiDAR, multispectral and thermal. Kevin has worked with Commonwealth and State Governments as well as private enterprises in Australia. He also has international experience in GIS/mapping capacity building in developing countries including Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands through the AUSAID funding program.
