Jennifer brings more than 20 years’ experience in human resources and workplace health and safety across a range of industries. She has led end-to-end people and safety functions, developed practical HR and WHS systems, and supported leaders with employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and compliance.
At Reef Catchments, Jennifer leads the People and Safety function, with a focus on clear, consistent processes that support employees, managers and organisational needs.
