Andrew is responsible for supporting Reef Catchments ICT systems and technology services across the organisation. His role includes helping staff with day-to-day ICT support, improving internal systems, managing technology projects, and supporting the secure and effective use of digital tools across the business.
Andrew has a background in ICT infrastructure and systems administration, with experience across Microsoft 365, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, server environments and end-user support. He enjoys helping organisations improve their technology environment in a practical way, ensuring systems are reliable, secure and fit for purpose.
