Current Opportunities

Corporate Services Manager

Responsible for overseeing corporate functions including coordination of service support and reporting for two Boards, delivering on the strategic direction of Reef Catchments, finance, governance and compliance, risk management, workplace health and safety, and human resources. You will develop and deliver governance and business management in line with the strategy and suite of operations for Reef Catchments and Catchment Solutions.

This is a rare opportunity to influence financial strategy, through financial data compilation and analysis, interpretation of results, and compilation of information for reporting, including internal and external reporting. This opportunity also requires you to ensure regulatory compliance, and streamline operations in an organisation committed to sustainability and community impact.

Senior Finance Officer

Responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial services including overseeing reconciliations, maintaining up-to-date financial records, and supporting project budget preparation and reporting.

As a Senior Finance Officer, you will also manage day-to-day transactional finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable, month-end close off, and operational reporting. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with procurement policy and delegations, including preparing, checking and managing contracts with subcontractors for the organisation.

Contract Administrator (Casual)

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Contract Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for developing templates for the organisation in relation contracts / head agreements / deeds of service or grants, and providing a comprehensive review of policies and procedures to ensure relevance, accuracy, compliance and consistency across the organisation’s operations.
